Saturday was an interesting day. We went to pick up my Honda Civic Hybrid from Hardin Honda Service and ended up test driving the Pilot and Odyssey. We were up front with those guys that we weren’t going to buy today, but after 2 hours of driving around and talking, we sat down and talked about the sale anyway! I said, “Whoa!” I’m not ready to sink $30k on an SUV or Minivan right at this minute, but they did try their best to give me a good deal. However, Yantie is still set on getting an SUV, either the Pilot or a Lexus. Good thing we were able to stick with our modus operandi: “think about it more”.
It’s too bad too, we drove the Odyssey and we thought it was a great car, smooth, peppy and lots of room. Decisions, decisions!
