It seems to happen around this time of the year where the Santa Ana winds and dry weather could spread a small fire. This time, rumour has it, that the fire was started by a stolen car. How and why is still not known at this moment, but I’ll eventually find out. Thank God so far no one is injured nor major property damage happened.
I don’t bother to take a photo of the fire because it looked like the same pictures that I took last year. You can scroll down my blow and find the photo there. The same thick grey billowing smoke was coming over the hills east of Weir Canyon Road. Once again the wind was pretty much blowing south west so my house doesn’t get affected. Driving up Canon Rd and Highway 55, I could see the sky turned orange because of the smoke looming on top of me. It was a surreal experience.
