I have noticed, in the past couple of months I’ve developed bad habits:
- Watched too much television
- Drank coffee
- Ate too much sweets (candy, chocolates, cookies)
- Had not exercise regularly
- Spent too much on Facebook
- Stressed over politics
- Had not slept enough
It’s time to re-prioritize. It’s time to re-develop good habits. The next 40 days is going to be interesting.
hi Rudy,
I share 6 of your 7 bad habits, but I don’t agree they are all bad…
* Watched too much television
Agree! And I’ll be watching LOST tonight. 🙂
* Drank coffee
Disagree. Coffee = Good. 🙂
* Ate too much sweets (candy, chocolates, cookies)
Agree.
* Had not exercise regularly
Agree, but I’ll ride our exercise bike during Lost.
* Spent too much on Facebook
Have yet to join up, but I see it’s now even more popular than google. Man, I am behind the times!
* Stressed over politics
IMHO, this has been and is the most stressful political week in a long time, if not in my lifetime. People that are paying attention are right to be worried.
* Had not slept enough
Agree, and story of my life. 🙂
Great post! Steve
Hey Steve,
The kind of coffee I like is a double whammy: caffeine and sweet. Afterwards, I get all jittery and a headache. Yet, I continue to drink it! That stuff is definitely addicting. Not good for me. 🙂
And don’t get into Facebook – it’s a major time suck. 🙂
hi Rudy,
I drink my coffee with a splash of milk, but no sugar. I could see how that would be a double whammy, as you put it.
And I will continue to avoid Facebook… at least for now… and as long as I can resist. 😀 Steve
