Digg rarely goes down, at least to my recollection since I use it almost daily throughout the day. So to my surprise at 9:30am (pacific) it was “Out of Service”, albeit a quick one. Could digg suffered its own Digg-Effect? Nah… probably just a quick maintenance like purging old posts or something.
I’m sure we’ll hear about it on digg.com soon. I’ll be surprised if there’s no discussion since people there are so darn eager to discuss anything such as the grass is growing on Bill Clinton’s backyard.
