Taking an act out of my micro-blogging habit, I am re-tumbling this TiECON 2006’s video of Guy Kawasaki from Zedomax.Biz. The presentation is called “The Art Of The Start”, and it’s a brilliant motivational speech. Timeless viewing. Worth distributing.

That was really good! Cursed a little more than most formal speakers, but still good! He was funny the entire speech and I got an idea during it. I actually watched the whole thing!
Hi David. Yeah, I watched the whole thing too. No wonder he has worked for Apple because their mentality is always: make it clear and simple. Guy’s methods can be used for almost any presentation, not just for venture capitalists. I can’t tell you how many times I sit in a meeting, going through a lot of slides, only to find I have no idea what the presentation is about.
I’ve been trying to remember for 4 days now and it just hit me last night a specific line I thought was especially funny…
“How many (specific apple department) guys does it take to screw in a lightbulb? One, he put the lightbulb to the socket and expect the world to revolve around him! LOL I told my wife and she thought it was funny too.
Tee Hee… yeah, that’s Steve Jobs alright. Mr. Arrogance Extra-ordinaire. But you know, Apple users tend to have the same attitude too. “I’m pretty and cool. The world revolves around me.”
